Using Clen as a bridge.

I thought i would share my experience with using clen as a bridge for the first time. A week before the end of my Winny only cycle, I started taking clen, the liquid kind with Ketotifen Fumarate added. I started clomid pct on the last day of the cycle but switched over to nolva two weeks later, couldn't stand the moodiness that clomid brings. Anyway 4 weeks later I am getting killer pumps when I workout and my strength has slightly increased. I feel hard throughout the day and energized for my workouts at night. If you haven't tried this you may want to. I have never felt this great off a cycle before and will try it again after my next cycle in March.

Almost evryone I know who uses Clomid has their emotions messed with.
 
Im using clen right now, and my midsection is just shreading away,haha. Sounds good though, im taking Clen orally. I wonder how much better the liquid version is?hmm.
 
Dounds awesom dude- i've got som super clen lying at my house, and I'm using it after my next cycle--- turanabol and sustanon--- can't wait--- cheers
 
Also, how long have you used the clen, and are you taking any supps for it? What were the overall results of the cycle?

I was on 60mg/day of winny for 6weeks. I started at 178lb 9%BF and and now 184lb 7% BF. I am using 200mg/day taurine along with various vitiams.
I start off with 20mcg/day of clen and build up to 100mcg.

Thanks for the information! Looks like you had a very successful cycle.

I've been looking into the clen/keto combo myself. How many weeks have you used the clen, and did it maintain it's potency throughout? How was your appetite on clen/keto, and how many Kcals did you consume (during and post cycle)?


Sorry to bombard you with questions, but this thread really has me interested.

I have been on the clen now for 4 weeks and I am still hard as hell. I have used clen before without the keto added and the positive effects only lasted for about 3 weeks. I read that the addition of the keto upregulates the receptors that the clen downregulates therefore allowing for a much longer effective use and so for its seems to be true. One thing I did notice was with the addition of the keto I actually became drowsy after taking it. This lasted for about 1.5 weeks, I used cafffine pills to elivate the drowsyness. As said before I am full of energy for my workouts and still getting great pumps.

My appetite hasn't been noticably reduced since I have been on. I am keeping my protein high and watching the empty calories.

During my cycle and now calories remain about the same 2200 - 2500. I am 5ft 9 1 /2 in and currently weigh 183lb 7%bf

I like it bro! I might have to give this a try, I have never used clen before. I am a competitive bb'er I need to do a trial run with it to see how I respond.

About the drowsiness.. yeah.. it can be pretty extreme.. even after you get used to it.. but there's a SUREFIRE way to get around it and the keto is still effective.. TAKE IT AT NIGHT!.. lol.. seriously.. take it about an hour or 30 minutes before bed.. so that when you start feeling drowsy and you pass out.. and you sleep HARD.. it will still upregulate the receptors regardless of when you take it.. and you don't have to take the keto and clen at the same time.. won't affect it at all.. just my 2 cents.. but i agree on the Keto/Clen combo.. i have to use less clen than usual which would promote the effectiveness of clen.. and it seems i can run it longer..

Was using up to 120-140mcg of clen and 1.5-2mg of Keto at night..was pretty damn good if you ask me!
