I have heard the use of 4-ad is like a staple in cutting but the addition of 1-AD?? possible to actually gain a few lbs while dieting.?? Just wondering what the best way is if anyone has tried and had success with it. I figure a 1:1 ratio prot and carbs if not 2:1 prot carbs ..only good fats and calorie restriction ( obviously) im gonan do 4 weeks of this
