Used syringe

On the third week of a cycle. Use those, cheapass disposable syringes, 21 ga 1 and 1/2". Well here's the problem, Im out, I have one from 3 days ago and was wondering if there was anything i could do to sterilize it enough to use it. Mother's day shutdown everything round here so i couldn't get none. I dont want to break the cycle time though, should i use it, or wait til tomorow when i can get a clean one? Much karma.

Wait, the chance of getting a serious infection from a needle used 3 days ago is pretty high.

I've heard of people getting bad infections were they have to open up the wound to let the infection out
