Alcohol only disinfects, it DOES NOT sterilize. Bleach will help but, it probably wont get in there & get rid of all the contaminants. You should definately wait.

Clean it out with detergent. Use some bleach if you have it. Fill it with water and boil it in a pot of water for 10 mins.

Wait one day!! It isn't worth the risk of infection to reuse that needle. Also, that used needle is probably very dull now.
