Used creatine for the first time today and....

Ill tell ya i noticed a hell of a difference my workout was explosive i just have one question about it does it matter if you dont go through the loading phase cuz it says on the bottle something about a loading phase but honestly i cant afford it. What do you think?
 
Another thing you guys told me to stay away from the monohydrate and use ethyl ester so whats a good site thats got it real cheap and preferably accepts money orders?
 
good cuz i cant afford it should i finish the mono then get cee or just toss it and move to the ee? another question witch one would you say is cheaper, also got any good cheap sites?
 
I never loaded monohydrate when I used it about 5 years ago... I think it's a marketing scheme.

CEE can be found at AF Store... there's links around here, I don't have it available cuz i'm Plat. and I turned off that option. Do some google searches for others if need be.
 
The one thing I have to say about the "loose scooping" types is this:

How do you know that your getting the right ratios in each scoop?

I like the convience of them (any less pills to swallow) for sure... but that has always bugged me.
 
i went to gnc today and ill tell ya they wanted 80 dollars for a bottle of cee is it just me or is that place EXTREMELY overpriced i mean they want 50 for a 2 pound bottle of protien when i can get the same thing at my local wild oats for 16.99 is the mono really that bad cuz ill tell ya i used it today and it didnt seem bad to me i definately noticed a difference.

Yup, GNC... always overpriced, they pay commisions to "employees" or as I call them "uneducated psudo-wannabe-lifters."

If you cramp up... that just means you're not drinking enough H20, that's all.
 
but honestly from the looks of it this ethyl ester is alot more expensive is it alright if i just stick with mono or is it a bad idea?

I'm not an M.D. so don't take it for "advice." But if i were in your position... i'd use the monohydrate and then go from there to see what i'd use next.

ah, damnit, just use the shit already... lol
 
o i did use it today and i must admitt i really did notice a difference like i said in my first post honestly it was explosive more then i could have imagine i got one of my lifts that i can usually only do 7 times up 13 times in a row and i noticed increases everywhere. This stuff is magic powder!
 
is this site legit do you buy from here cuz they dont even give you a real package from what i can tell i dont care though as long as its the real stuff i just dont want to be getting baby powder.
 
Dude. Go to AF and buy a bottle of PureCEE. You wont be dissapointed. If you cant afford creatine hoe do you afford to eat? Creatine is the cheaper then anything that I use when lifting. Good luck bro

No, I always give out illigetimate sites. If you order from there, the police will have your address and probably raid your house immediately. ;)
 
I've experimented with loading and not loading monohydrate before. I noticed both increase in energy level and explosiveness both with and without pre-loading phase, however without loading I noticed much less stomach irritation than with the loading phase.

It is stated that PureCEE does not need to be loaded.

GNC is ALWAYS way overpriced. You can get PureCEE fairly cheap at the AF store as advised above.

You have to take 1 per 40lbs of weight. I take 5 because 5*40=200. That is with PureCEE from AF Store. Other brands might be different.... but why go with anything not from the AF STORE??
 
I hate pills...I prefer just taking a scoop, tilting my head back and throwin it in the back of my throat... then guzzlin down a few large swallows of water.

Im definitely not sayin thats the "right" way... thats just how I like to do it heh. :chomp:
 
im wondering why no one told the creator of the post to read more about BB. If he cant "afford" or just doesnt want to waste money on creatine, then i hope his DIET is 100% on. I hope your eating alot and drinking plenty of H20. i mean you got to read something on your own bro, litteraly every post was single line questions of stuff u could have read on labels. not putting u down, im just saying, read up on this site more, especially the diet section and make sure ur spending your $ on the right areas, such as food and PWO supplies. youll be happier w/ the results. TRUST ME, DIET is more important than your supplements, honestly. Mix Diet+Routine+Creatine, i guarentee ur workouts would be 2x as explosive
