Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I recently got my Letrozole in. Accidentally, I took 2.5mg for my first dose. I haven't slept since yesterday, and right now i'm feeling pretty nauseous, anxious, and I blacked out earlier for a couple of seconds. I want out for the time being. Do I need to taper off or can I just completely stop since I took only one dose. I know, I'm a dumbass. But i'm in serious need of help. I also have anastrozole and melatonin I can use. I'm freaking out.

Bro if you only took one dose just stop. Not going to make a difference. The biggest question is why where you taking Letro? For gyno? AI? What?
No not if you only took it one time. You would have to suppress your estrogen longer than that to see a rebound effect. You may have temporarily dropped your level with that dose but not long enough IMHO to see a rebound effect. What cycle are you running? If you need an AI and you have aromasin you should have run that as your AI. Letro would only be needed for gyno symptoms. Hence if you are still on cycle I would drop the letro and run the aromasin.
