They also have single cheeseburgers on sale for $0.49. That means you could get three single cheeseburgers for $1.47 instead of one measly triple for two cents more.

Am I the only person to notice this? You could be ghetto and just ask for three singles but two without the buns and inside the first one and so save yourselves $0.02...

i waxed down two triple cheeseburgers, one order mozerella stick,med fri,,,and i had papa johns two hours later at work;)
 
I have a very set diet right now, and i am bulking.. here it is:

MEAL 1
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese
1 banana

MEAL 2
1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices whole grain bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

MEAL 3
1' Roast Chicken Subway Sandwich, on wheat

MEAL 4 (post workout meal)
8 oz. skim milk (mix with protein shake)
Triple Threat 3/60 protein shake
16 oz 100% grape juice

MEAL 5
8oz chicken breast
4 oz elbow pasta

MEAL 6
2 cans tuna
4 slices whole grain bread

MEAL 7
8oz.Steak or chicken or salmon
1 medium Potato or 4 oz elbow pasta
some type of veggie (spinach, broccoli)

TOTALS
cal 4504
fat 68.5
carb 496
protein 428

Lets be real guys,many bb seem to think that the bulking phase is a time to eat as much junk and crap as the like.Yeah why not have a cheat day but keep it clean for the rest of the week,its ok putting on the weight but why put on all that fat when its only got to come off when you cut up next.
