upping the training

I need an opinion. All summer i have been lifting about every other day for football. Season starts in two weeks and im wonder how safe it is for me to move up to working out like 6 days a week (for two weeks). I'm only 15. I would deff tone the workout down if i was doing it everyday, but still its alot.
 
Eat and sleep to compensate. At the very least, you need to hit this kind of frequency at some stage just to know how well you respond to it.

Olympic lifters sometimes work out six days a week, twice per day. You'll enjoy it once the shock wears off and you're already aware that you'll need to adjust your workouts not to wear yourself out.
 
At 15, it should be no problem to train 6 days a week. But, like said before - get enough sleep and feed the machine!

Oh Trust me. I sleep and feed the machine very well. :P
