upping my arimidex dosage?

i have been shooting 300mg eq (ganabol 50) and 400mg (tornell t200) a week.

every once in a while, my nipples with feel a slight itch or something and they do look a bit (just a bit) fuller i think. i don't know if it is just my mind playing games on me or what but i am planning on taking .5mg arimidex ed instead of eod day as i had been. should this counter any of the negative affects i'm seeing? should i look into something like nolva? thanks for your help bros.

I actually did the opposite. I am taking 250 enanthate every 4 days and I was taking .5 Arimidex ED. I show no water retention whatsoever so I started going EOD. I want a little water retention during the first few weeks to help with strength.

But if I feel anything I'll pop some Nolvadex.

SI is right, if gyno starts to set in nolvdex is the thing you need. Arimidex is used to try to prevent it but if it starts nolva is the way to go to stop it. Nolvadex will NOT get rid of gyno, just stop it from getting worse.

so should i buy more arimidex to take .5mg ed or buy nolva or both. what type of dosage am i looking at for nolva?
