I have a question for everyone. My buddy and I have been debating for some time about what workout routine is better, an upperbody/lowerbody split routine 3 times a week or seperating muscle groups into back/bis, chest/tris, legs/shoulders. He believes upperbody/lowerbody is better and does 1 or 2 exercises per muscle group. I believe the other way is better. My question to you guys is what you think is better at building more muscle?
