I've only been on HGH (4 IU's / day) for 8 weeks now, but here are a couple of observations:

1) The localized effect you get from HGH is a spot-reduction in fat, not a spot-increase in muscle.

2) The anabolic effects of HGH are only realized after it circulates through you and is converted to IGF-1 (I think)

3) By sheer coincidence, I asked my MD today about doing a few pec injections to clear-up a *slight* gyno I've had in my chest since puberty. He's gung-ho about hitting anywhere near the mid-section, but seemed very concerned about shooting into the fat of the pecs. Apparently there is some interesting things you can hit doing Sub-Q injections up there.

Thanks,

Don't know enough about HGH to comment. I have use sust, enth, prop, tren, eq in upper chest without pain, just growth. You'll most likely need a smaller needle to do it, no muscle. I used a slin pin when I did tren. When I got enough growth there I went to the .5 inch. It's hard to see what yur doing, but you'll get use to it. Also there is alot of different thoughts on spot injection. Does it build muscle?

Personally I do not believe in spot injects bro. Yes they will inflame the tissue around the site making the muscle appear larger for a short period of time(bi's) but I do not believe that it will cause a significant localized growth. As for the gh it is usually used for spot injecting troublesome fat deposit areas(abs,"lovehandles") so I dont think it will do much for the chest either. Hit some incline barbell and dumbell chest exercises heavy and it should come up nicely bro.

Just my 2 cents (I had rotator cuff surgery 10 years ago myself). Coming off the surgery, you probably felt a *lot* of pain when you benched and inclined with wider grips. Invariably, you moved your grip in too (i'm speculating here, but let me run with it). Bringing your grip in makes your triceps and back blow up, but you get this weenie chest thing going -- just like I'm in the process of getting rid of.

You may want to do more bench and incline with a wider grip. Even let the weight streach your chest and shoulder as you go down with it.

Thanks,

Theoretically, the lower the half-life of the substance the better it causes site growth. I have heard that winnstrol is good for im spot injections.
