Upjohn Winny Cycle

Ok have about weeks left of Upjohn Winny V @ 50mg eod. Was able to score another bottle of it. i was wondering if i should go to 50 mg ed , 100mg ed or 100 mg eod. i have tryouts mid jun and july and really getting geared up for them. my 60yard has gone to about 6.9. i was told by a scout for the braves that it need to be around 6.6. i know i can do it.any advise ont that. also when im working out i feel like im lifting too heavy , im trying to cut up to the best i can before tryouts. what should my reps verses sets be?? anyway thanks a bunch
 
I used upjohn winny for eight weeks. Best winny on the planet. I used 100 mg EOD and my results were great. A little joint pain, and a bit of gyno after the cycle because I didn't use any anti-e's (don't make this mistake). I was playing Linebacker when I was on it, and my speed increased substantially. Heavy lifts hit the white muscle tissue that is needed for explosive strength. Go Heavy, and hit some explosive plyos. 5x5 was a good number for me, and I went down to sets of 4 after a few weeks. Watch your joints though...the moment they start to hurt, hit anti-inflams and ice like crazy.
 
SO YOU ARE SUGGESTING GOIN FOR 5 REPS AND 5 SET PER EXCERSISE. AND GO HEAVY , HUH. MAN I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT GO FOR LIGHT WEIGHT HIGH REPS , BUT I GUESS THATS WHY IM ON THIS BOARD , TO LEARN. THANKS A BUNCH BALLS
 
Yep, High weights, low reps.


Sprinter's train primarilly TypeII white muscle fibers (Fast-twitch fibers). High weight-lower reps is the best way to get at em.

As for getting ripped, plyos and cardio.
