doing a 10 weeker of sust (500mg) and dbol(1-6 30mg)

one week after last shot start HCG 500iu E3D total 5000iu

2 weeks after last shot start IGF-1 40mcg ED total 1000mcg

2 weeks after last shot start trib and zma supps

3 weeks after last shot, day 1: 100mg Clomid then 50mg ED for 15days

3 weeks after last shot, day 1: 40mg Nolva then as required


what do you think will that suffice for recovery?
