Updated Bulking Diet - Critique Please

I've tweaked and edited this thing several times now, but I want to get everyones opinion on it. Again, I'm 6'1" and 180lbs. looking to gain about 20lbs. of lean muscle mass.

7:30 AM

1 NY-TRO PRO-40 CHOCOLATE WITH 2-3 GRAMS GL3 L-GLUTAMINE AND 1/2 SERVING CREATINE HSC AND 16 OUNCES WATER
1 CUP MUSLEI WITH 8 OUNCES SKIM MILK
1 MULTIVITAMIN

LETTUCE AND TOMATO

1 PEELED, BOILED, WHITE-SKINNED POTATO

first off, skip the early am shake and eat a real meal instead such as a pound of lean meat
second:forget tuna-make that meal a steak with brown rice.Next:skip the next tuna and eat a steak with a bowl of oatmeal.finally, for last meal eat red meat and forget the shake.If it were me, I'd skip bread dairy and fruit, but that's your call-the key is red meat,brown rice,oatmeal.
 
DDD i like your BULK diet :),thats wha ima do ,just STEAKS it might run me up $$$ but i guess i can find a way:/

So basically steak for every meal?! Umm... I don't think I can afford that (I'm in college). I don't really understand why some of you are against MRPs... I mean they have an almost perfect nutritional breakdown.

Tell me exactly what it is in red meat that makes it better than tuna or chicken?
 
i dunno steak more dense? but dude steak is so much tastier than chicken breast:) and lots more protein

tuna is for cutting. Chicken is also better for cutting-why not eat the best thing for yourself which is red meat?
 
Diamond I agree, red meat is best for bulking. But having too much red meat is also very dangerous. There's a reason people eat tuna, fish, chicken, eggs, and red meat when bulking. Like I said, too much red meat is very dangerous. I try to eat it once a day at most.
