As a lot of you guys know. I decided to give up AAS about 5 months ago. At the time I wasn't sure if I would ever do them again or not. There was a lot of back and forth.
I have finally decided thats it. No more. Not that I ever did a lot.
In the beginning I missed it a bit. It sure made working out easier. I recovered faster etc.
Now I like that sore feeling I get. I am still getting results.
I did get a little depressed at first. I ate like crap etc.
Things are getting back to normal now. I am eating better. I am making gains and I am in the gym consistantly.
I guess getting a little older made me look at my life and my goals. I am happy with how I look. My primary goal in life is to be healthy so I can enjoy a long life. To do this I went to my Dr and had him run all sorts of tests. Being self employed this means I am paying for all of these out of pocket. We are talking thousands of dollars.
I have decided I will never use AAS of any kind again. I will still be on the board. Just not on the Anabolic Board that often (I really haven't been on her much in the last 7 months or so anyway). I will still be playing with the foods I eat and will be more than willing to help others so they can reap the benefits of eating properly too.
I guess this is sort of my goodbye to this section of Elite.
I have always enjoyed reading about everyones experiences and learning from everyone too.
That said... you will be able to find me on C&C and the bookie forum (where I have lost well over a million karma that was hard earned in this forum... LOL)
Good luck to everyone!
