Update on Sweed's first cycle...

Ladies/gentlemen,
Sweed was unalbe to post this... so he asked me to put this up for him!


Well this is going great! On day 5 I weighed myself and I started at 225 and the scale at the end of my workout said I was 239... lol at all that water. I just looked at the scaled and laughed. I really couldn't beleive it. At least I know the stuff is real. Im starting to get the pumps and boy they really do start to hurt after only one exersize, but It;s awesome.
One problem.. for one of my jobs I need to wear a suit. Well I can't button the top button on my under shirt, and the suit coat is gettin way too small. lol

Strength gains havn't really showed up yet.. but its only been a week, so I'll see how I do this week. ONly gonna increase by a little to avoid injuring myself thinking im superman. 3rd poke was last night, everything went fine besides my hand shaking like crazy for some reason? it gets easier to do everytime.
Thats all I got for ya. Ill keep you updated week by week

Thanks for postin that up... and the shaking is not from the clen cuz im not on it now..


i dont know.. 14 lbs is a lot.. so what else could it be besides almost all water?

Your starting weight... did you get it before eating in the morning? My weight can fluctuate up to 10lbs on any given day, depending on how much I eat and drink. Your weight increases during the day with food, specially after working out, since you most likely drink a lot.
 
I do it the same time everyweek, in the gym.. I was more like 228 the week before, then I cycled in some clen, so i lost some water weight which brought me to 225. If i dont use clen during the week my weight can go up to 230.
I am takin arimadex .5 mgs eod tryin to help the water weight a little.. but its nice to seee the weight going up..

looks like Slat and I are the only ones who have access to this thread, lol

outta work in 15 minutes... then home, eat, and gym.. I'll add a little more than last week and see how it goes... can't wait for the test to kick in
 
I know what you mean by the "skinnyfat" I got legs that I think are skinny, but other parts that are fat. I guess it will always be a project under construction.

Just wait until the Test really kicks-in! You'll be begging old Mary Jane Rottencroch for a little.....and you'll love every minute of it! LOL

Keep up the good work! Weight does fluctuate....don't worry about it as one day I can also move up and down 10lbs....depends on H2O and # of protein shakes!

PS: Two of my kids were conceived while on Test.....so be careful!

Ya i have some pics, just no time to get them off my roomates comp and load them up, but we have measurements that i guess I can put in..

chest- 44
arms- 17 3/4
forarms- 14
waist- 39 - ( i have child bearing hips lol)
quads - 24 1/2- not sure where to measure?
calves- 17 1/2

I'll try to get the pics up asap. and ill try to update once/ twice a week.

Good luck bro, your cycle looks good - and 14 lbs in 5 days...damn.

You must be measuring your quads wrong. Mine are 24.5 and I weigh 176 lbs!

where the hell do u measure them from?? haha I heard it was like a few inches above the knees?

Dude, you put on 14 pounds in one day and didn't call me??? LOL you must have been pumped. Welcome to the club where your never big enough, I was 310 once, and it wasn't big enough....LOL

Yes... its hard being a taller guy.. if we were 5'9'' we'd be huuge, lol. Ill be hittin it hard until July when I start my contest diet/ training. i'll have about 9 -10 weeks to get into the best shape i possibly can for the contest. my trainer says i can be 210 contest ready, and i was only 230 .. if i get to 240- 245, i can be a little more bigger from comp, hopefully.
Ranger, ill get those pics up asap, maybe tonight If im not exhausted after the gym!

oh so i gotta move the measure up to where all the meat is.. ahh, haha

no i gained like 14 lbs in 5 days.. lol, my phones kinda messed up right now and I havn't had time to go anywhere like Punters, working way too much. Last time I saw u , u were like 290. how about now bro?

haha, def not pro... its a local one in Manchester , NH .. I was going to be in it last year, but i had too much school work to do everything I needed to prep for the contest, I hope its not like that this year, but ill be on co-op again. Then next summer (2006) I hope to do the collegiate Nationals in pittsburg, PA.
 
Its an NPC show in Manchester NH. Its run by the Chairman of MA and NH in the NPC. Its held at the Palace Theatre. A great venue. Lots of bbers and figure girls. I believe there were 50 competitors last year.
Two guys from Muscular Development were there too. Ron Harris competed and Dave Palumbo guest posed. Both very classy guys.
It was a great time for everyone. I enjoy going every year.

mmm figure girls... one of the reasons i can't wait, lol

I knew a few guys that competed in there last september, i trained in the same gym with them all summer.. I wish I had some pics from the last one, knwo anywhere I can get them slat. I think u said they had 3 pages of pics of the event in one of the MD's
 
Ron Harris took some pictures... they were supposed to go in the page 69 part of MD. I never saw them in there. I believe that the promoter of the show may have a video tape of the show.
BTW.. Kathy Savage brings some incredible girls up to compete! Its always a pleasure to see them.

btw last week on my incline barbell presses I was did 205 for 10 reps for my last set.. failure on 10th rep
last night i got 225 for 10 reps... felt very strong, i like it a lot

Slat, we gotta get u to compete some year! stop being such a lazy ass, lol
 
I don't think I will be getting on stage any time soon!
BTW... if you get 225 for ten on the incline give 275 a ride. You should get it no problem!
