update on primo and var cycle

do so honest opinion are totally welcome!! I have this over on the chat board but I think you guys will be able to judge this better... Do you think I am under 20% yet? Have a bet and have to get to 12% by june 20.. what do you guys think?
 
I can't tell with girls.... if it was a guy i'd say your like 10%. lol I dont get how girls have high bf%'s and look so damn good!
looking great. and in 2 months u can get that bf down to 12% if your really workin at it. for a bet or comp, i would be doing the same thing. goodluck

I have a ton... but the question here was... what do you think my body fat percentage is? boys get your heads out of the clouds..... I am here for training advice etc... I already have already found my perfect fit in a man... So no one needs to apply....

Hey Court, looking good. BF is DEFINATELY below 20% you dont have to worry about that. Glad to hear the Primo/Var is treating you good, that's my current cycle as you probably know, and I love it !! Keep up the good work, you're doing great. I think June 20th is more than enough time, you're close to it already.

Male:
Low: 6-10% fat
Optimal: 11-17% fat
Moderate: 18-20% fat
Obesity: Greater than 25% fat

Female:
Low: 14-18% fat
Optimal:19-22% fat
Moderate: 23-30% fat
Obesity: Greater than 30% fat

12%? If you're going into a contest where you wanna look absolutely ripped and veiny... sure. But that's just not pretty anymore. I'd say that right now you look perfect.
 
courtney, I think you are. Somewhat hard to tell from a 2 dimensional pic, but I would say you are somewhere in the 15 - 18 % range. Your body looks very good overall. If I try to judge you with my most critical eye, I would say your upper body looks very good. You seem to hold more weight in your lower body (glute & hamstring area) & maybe a little in the upper arm area. Upper body looks more defined than the legs. Thats about it: once again, overall you look great & actually, most guys prefer a little extra in the booty section, but for competition, those are the areas I would work on.

thank you so much!! I ABSOLUTLEY love this cycle!!! I have dropped my calories on some days below 700 and done over an hour of cardio and I am STILL gaining muscle!! it is really incredible!!! I did a bulking cycle this past fall because of symmetry problems I had... first my traps were WAY to small and my collar bones stuck out so much it looked DISCUSTING!!! second my back didn't have the V shape it needed to have my waist look smaller.. I looked straight up and down.. so I was worried when I started to cut that I would lose everything I worked so hard to gain... so with the suggestions of some key people on this board I started on 10mg a day of var then later added in 100mg of primo once a week... and I couldn't be happier with my results thus far!!

I have a lot of muscle in my legs due to figure skating... They are very strong.. but right now its all cover with bf.. you are all right my upper body leans out before my lower and I have been cutting for over 2 months and this is the first week that I have lost any inches on my lower body.. so at least it is starting... but with the shape I have right now I know I am going to look the best I have ever looked symmetrical wise...

as for the low bf I have been at 10 and had my period all the way to that... but once below that I stop having it... I look good at around 12.. not to boney but under that I start to look sick... I have a VERY curvy figure as you can see and going that low does not effect my hips I will just have a much more pronounced curve...
 
you got that right buddy ;) heehee believe it or not I am actually quite strong... My job requires me to do a lot of heavy lifting and I can a lot of the time out lift the guys I work with... granted they are all out of shape... but its nice to put them in there place
 
Are you still currently running the anavar at 10mg/day? I have a friend that is a girl over at another board who is getting ready to run an anavar cycle, she has done a deca cycle previous to that and had good gains. She is starting with 15mg/day of the anavar and seeing how that works, running it for ~8 weeks. For you, does anavar seem to boost your libido? I didnt know how anavar would affect a female's sex drive.

Your pics look very good, and I would definetly say you are below 20%, no doubt about it. I cant judge a females bf% due to them having a different distribution of fat than men, but if you were a guy, judging by your upper body I would say you are around ~12% for a guy, but I know women tend to hold more fat in their lower body regions. Definetly looking good, keep up the good work.
 
ha ha well the boosting my libido question made me laugh... ask satch about that I think he would rather it calm my libido heehee.... yeah I am only taking 10 mg a day but really didn't see or feel any difference until I added in the primo... I would suggest that she start at 10mg per day and see how she feels and if its okay to boost it from there... I did a high dose of winny last year and let me tell you for a female its MUCH better to start off slow then take to much!!

Not to bring up a dead horse but how low was CC's bf?I have no idea on womens bf% is suposed to look either but she looked pretty damn ripped even from a male point of view.
 
CC are you talking about Canadian Cutie? she hasn't told me but we talk all the time and she claims that her body is very similar to mine.. but I would put her under 10 %...
 
She was lean as hell there is a girl in my gym built a lot like her but a little thicker and curvier she works out like an animal there is times I wish I wasnt married, lol j/k.But oh well,back to the subject Im not sure how low you would be there but you look really good dont know what percentage bodyfat like I said especially now its 12:30 lol and sleepy and probably making nosense.
