update on cycle

Ending week three tommorow of sus500wk and eq400wk for first cycle. I plan on droping the sus to 250wk when it really starts to take effect. I am just now getting some strength gains on some exercises. Friends say i'm getting bigger but my weight is stuck at 173.
 
Why do you plan on dropping the sus to 250?

Keep on hitting it hard the weight gains are right around the corner! :D
