OK, had b/f tested today. I am currently 5'5 125 pounds and 25% bodyfat.

This sounds too high for me??

What would you suggest for a "normal" fit body fat percentage goal for me to aim for??

I am just looking to add muscle and lose the skinnyfat.

Any Ideas?

How was the test done? Skin calipers? I hope it wasn't one of those impedence device you step on with 2 metal plates. They are very inaccurate.

5'5" and 125 lbs sounds like 15-20%, not 25%. 6-8% is competitive bodybuilding, at 10-12% you should get abs, 15% is good too.
 
**Body Fat Test Question**

It was done with one of those hand held electronic gizmos. They entered my height and weight. Then I held onto the metal grips until a readout was generated.

Probably not the best, I am guessing. I do have quite a bit of muscle definition. Just need more in my lower abs and hips, thighs.

Any more thoughts??

Have someone at least do a skinfold measure on you. I only trust skinfolds (if the tech is qualified), DEXA or UW weigh (again, if the tech is qualified).

For the money, skinfold calipers will give the best results. That other machine is crap.

To lose lower body fat (estrogenic fat), there is a very large thread on using topical yohimbine for that very purpose on the Anabolic board with the title YOHIMBINE Tips and Tricks-V.2

macrophage69alpha shares some very good advice.
