upcoming cycle....

6'1 227lbs 17%bf 34yrs old lifting and involved in athletics for as long as i can remember, construction work, diet consists of loads of ck breast, tuna light mayo, talapia, around 30eggs a wk, brocc, green beans, esparagus, tomatoes, tons of fruit, daily shakes from gym loaded with daily essentials and gallon water ed & prob too much skim milk, but i love it

upcoming cycle:

1-8 var 80mg ed
1-4 winny 50mgs ed or prov 50mg ed
1-8 krill oil
1-6 forg liv sppt
4-8 hcgenr 3caps am 2caps pm
8-12 forma stanz 5pumps am 5pumps pm
8-12 forg post cycle therapy 2cap am - 2cap pm


may just go with a 6 week not 100% positive yet

advice or comments.......
 
What is your goal here? If it is to cut, you might want to get your body fat down with diet and exercise first. If you're looking to add muscle, there is a lot more effective and cheaper route.
 
Im going to assume by what your running that your trying to cut... I dont know how else to put this but if your trying to cut it wont happen because your diet is fucked... Thats contributing to the fact your body fat is so high... You need to get it down before yiu run this cycle or its not worth it

my goal is to cut and i am still doing a lot of cardio and to get down as low as possible, wanted to be finishing cycle around 4th of july so thats why i wanted to start shortly ya know. nut i do understand where you are coming from. thanks will continue to try and drop bf% before starten.
 
will i not see any change in my body after completion of cycle if i were to start it wth over 15%bf or will i just not get the max results of it?? thanks
 
what's type of cardio excercises and schedule are you following?

you could also hit the supplement forum for some otc diet supps that will maximize your weightloss plan.
 
HIIT sprints, 400s and 200s, all my workouts are fast paced with very little rest in between sets. am currently on needtostim and love it.
 
thats a start... you should look into the shred stack and i think you would have a lot of luck with that... keep working on the cardio but you really need to work on your diet man... "loads of this" and "lots of that" is not good on a cut... and are you eating whole eggs or egg whites? also, drinking a lot of milk is most certainly not going to help in your cutting...
