I am thinking about my next cycle. I have never ran NPP or Winny to this point in time but I have run Tren and others in the past. What is the typical amount of NPP to use? I am thinking similar to Tren Ace. How does the cycle look below?

Test Prop 150mg/eod (Week 1-10)
NPP 75mg/eod (Week 1-8)
Winny 50mg/d (WeeK 1-8 )
Proviron 50mg /ed

Do I want to run the winny throughout the cycle? Mainly looking for a lean bulking cycle.

I also have never did Test Cyp in the past but only Test E and Test Prop. Any benifit to try it in place of the Prop?

My last cycle was:

Test Prop 100mg ED (Week 1 - Week 4)
Test Enanthate 600mg (Week 1 - Week 14)
Trenbolone Enanthate 400mg (Week1 - Week 12)
Var 40mg/day (Week 8 - Week 12)
Proviron 50mg /ed
HCG 250iu 2x/week

Prior Cycles:

500mg of Test e (Week 1-12)
30 mg of dbol (Week 1-4)
250iu of HCG (2x week)

1-14 Test e 500mg (250mg 2x a week)
1-13 eq 500mg (250mg 2x a week)
1-4 superdrol 20mg/day
250iu of HCG (2x week)

Test Prop 150mg/eod (Week 1-10)
Tren Ace 75mg/eod (Week 1-8)
Proviron 25mg /ed
250iu of HCG (2x Week)

I am 43 years old and have been lifting for awhile. 6'1" tall and 240 pounds with about 12% BF. The goals this cycle is to gain a little more mass and get more cut for summer.
 
I'm thinking about running something really similar for summer but I gotta substitute the win for something else(hair is going on it's own enough)...

If you took some transdermal pregnenalone it would help block the DHT conversion, might be somethin to look into.

Well I know that PP has pregnenalone in Dermacrine to keep the DHEA and androgens created from the DHEA from converting to DHT, the pregnenalone converts to progesterone and then the progesterone blocks the DHT conversion. PP knows about that stuff better than me try PMing him or maybe he will come on here and expand.

Also check out the hormone tree on his site, it's pretty extensive and it's accurate, that might help you.

OK.... Back to the topic at hand.

Does that look like a resonable cycle or would you up the NPP a little bit. I also thought about tbol but I think I will wait until my next go around.

Hey I just looked at that hormone tree page and it has references, also just mouse over the arrows and the hormones and it tells you what they do. if you hit the button at the bottom to see printer friendly version with references you can see the references he used to back up his info, it's a pretty slick tool to get your mind around the hormone pathways.

bro, i was running npp @ 600mg/wk, 200mg on mon, wed, fri and then switched to 100mg ed and the difference of doing so was night and day, run it ed....try it at 75mg ed, then try bumping to 100mg ed...just make sure test stays higher....i got some nasty sides after 5 weeks of npp this high, but they went away within 4-5 days after stopping its use....awesome, compared to deca's long ester...it was such a relief to see them leave so quickly

Ya that would work, either way. The pregnenolone ends up as progesterone and would have some other benefits along the way, but progesterone cream would get the job done. I didn't know progesterone cream was available for so cheap, good lookin out.
 
my pleasure. There are a lot of people that beleive in progesterone cream for both men and women. I have not tried it, but I dont have any problems from DHT per se. I have considered using it when using letro, but I just quit the letro and go back to aromasin instead.

but for 5$, if you do, it might be worth a try.

Ya I might include it in my next cycle, I am going natural for a while but I want to be careful on the hairloss, better safe than sorry on that.

Dude if you want to cut, run Tren again. That's the top of the food chain, Daddy-o!

I wanted to try NPP for the joint support that offers similar to Deca and I also hear that it does not shut you down as much as Tren.

What nasty sides did u encounter at those doses after wk 5? Im currently 4 weeks in, running similiar doses with the NPP, so Im curious what u've experienced side ways at that point in the cycle.
