Upcoming cutter cycle, very excited, feedback wanted.

Well after running my 500mg test a week cycle with a taper of winny at 50mg ED in the last for 4 weeks, I went from 187 to 215, after my PCT, I am now sitting at 6'0 @ 209-210. I would say my BF is in the high teens, probably at 15-16%. Just to be sure, I have an appointment for bloodwork to make sure everything is okay before I start my spring cutter cycle, if not I will maintain for 1 more month and get retested.

The cycle:
Tren/Test Prop combo @ 55mg each for 8 weeks, will be shot EOD.
50mg of Winny weeks 1-6, or I will extend depending on how my liver feels.
Will run Clen at 100mcg ED for 1st 2 weeks, then cycle off and run Trex ED for 2 weeks, then cycle off and repeat. I have some M1T laying around that I may run at 15-20mg ED in the last 4 weeks to solidify the cycle, but thats still being considered due to my liver.

The diet: I will run a CKD, though the only thing is is that I will consume 30g of dextrose with my PWO shake and absolutely no other carbs at all ED. I will refeed every 4-5 days. I am looking to start cutting at 2700 cals and taper down 2-3 hundred cals every week as I am dropping fat. Looking to consume 200-250g of protein daily and the rest of the cals in fat.

Aids:
Will be supping with Vit C/Multi ED/Fish Oil Caps as well as Milk Thistle and RALA for my liver. I will be using Minoxodil/Poly80/Spiro 2%/Revivogen/Nizoral Shampoo for my hair since I am MPB prone, protection will be all topical.

Training: 3 Days of Push/Pull/Legs with cardio at 3X one week then 4X the next and repeat.

My goal is to reach 185 @ 10% with little to no muscle loss. Feedback and suggestions are welcomed, I just hope my blood turns out okay so I can cut already and drop these love handles. Peace.
 
Looks like you've got everything figured out bro...good job planning this shit out...alot of people just come on here and want other people to tell them what to do...Gotta give you credit for taking it on your own shoulders.

One thing I'm concerned with...when did you end your last cycle?
 
My last cycle ended in the last week of January, it totaled in at about 12-13 weeks. During my PCT, I felt really good ( and I still do) and didn't crash, strength stayed up and I was able to retain most of my weight. PCT consisted of Nolvadex at 40mg ED for 1st 2 weeks, then 20mg ED for last 2 weeks, PF's Post Cycle and Unleashed and during the latter weeks of my cycle, I ran 5000IUS of HCG spread out through several shots. So far Ive been off for a little over a month, I am really hoping my BW comes back okay to give me the greenlight to drop all this damn fat already, but if it deosnt I will wait 1 more month like I said and get retested.
 
Bro...you JUST finished a cycle...why the rush to get back on another one? Just because your blood work comes back normal, doesn't mean you should go and do another cycle. Like you said, you kept your gains from the last cycle, so you're already ahead of the game...go natural for a bit. I'm sure you don't need another cycle to grow...so why risk fucking up your body with another cycle so soon after the one you just finished?

Is it me, or is everyone crazy today? I've seen like 5 threads about people wanting to get on the gear as soon as possible after their last cycle. STOP RELYING ON STEROIDS TO MAKE YOU GROW!

Bulldog, you make extremely valid points no doubt, BUT my goal now isn't to grow. I want to strip myself of all this bodyfat I have while keeping the muscle I have, and thats why I want to go back on. I've had high BP symptoms for the last 2-3 months now and I've been carrying all this extra weight so long that it really is becoming a huge pain in my ass, I want to lean down once and for all and keep it that way. Like I said, if my blood comes back okay, there should be no reason why I couldnt go back on, but if not Ill just maintain for a bit longer.

I see your reasoning...but it still doesn't necessitate going back on so soon. You can't bulk and cut so fast...you should choose a specific time of the year to bulk, and then after a while, switch to cutting. All these rapid fluctuations are definitely not good for your body, which is trying to maintain a homeostatic state.

My personal recommendation is to try to maintain the muscle you have for a while, and that, in and of itself, will burn fat. Just cut your calories down so you're in about a 3-500 kcal/day energy deficit, which should preserve muscle while cutting the fat off, albeit slowly. As long as you're doing cardio and keeping your routine in the weight room solid, you'll see good results.

Then, if the fat loss after a few months is insufficient in your eyes, then maybe try juicing so you can cut calories even more without losing too much muscle.

There are other ways to reach your goals other than juicing, much healthier ways...I think that's a fact too often overlooked by too many people. Everyone nowadays is juicing to bulk, then juicing to cut, then juicing to maintain, then going on HRT cuz "why not?"

I'm not trying to preach here bro...just hoping you're seeing your choice from all angles...in the end, the decision is obviously up to you...I'm just giving my opinions...good luck with whatever you choose.
 
I think the CKD may not work that well. From my personal experience any ketogenic diet will help drop water & fat, but also some muscle. the gear helps some but not others. Read the archieves for more input from others. I find that a 40/40/20 or isocaloric works best for retaining muscle and losing fat while on gear

Thanks for the support Bulldog, believe it or not I actually started bulking at the end of august all the way up until the end of january! 4 Months of straight bulking (thats five actually, including the maintenance eating for PCT)! I believe now is the perfect time to start cutting just as the weather is warming up abit. So I plan to cut for all of march through may, then maintain my new weight and stay off all gear till around bulking season in september.
