Up to 150 mcg clen; any reason to go higher?

I don't wanna be that guy BigAndy... lol... Not ready to leap on T3 yet... not sure enough about how it effects thyroid long term to be comfortable; need to do more research on it...

DeepZen... I followed a schedule that BigAndy provided in a previous post that was a gradual incline to the current dosage... went very smoothly that way.

I'm pretty comfortable at 150 and getting good results... maybe I'll just stick here first time around...
 
I'm up to 200mcg/day right now and not having any sides when I build up to it. But I'm not going to go any higher than 200 even though I could tolerate more.
 
I am one of those who reacts terribly to clen. The most I need is 50mcg's a day. Anymore and I get mad shakes, and terrible headaches.
 
After some of the bad stuff I'd read about clen, I expected the worse, but wanted to try it to see how it'd work out... I had done albuterol for a few days and liked it, but it was a pain in the ass to keep dosing over the course of the day...

So far, like clen better than ephedrine... Side effects seem minimal so far...
 
THeMaCHinE, that's the best way to use clen, ramp up the way I described in my FAQ.

Most people experience severe side effects because they start at 60mcg and ramp up way too fast.

Clen has a half life of over a day, imagine what the cumulative effect is the first few days...

As far as T3, don't bother. I would never suggest it unless someone has already used it. It's definetely a big step.

What I like about Clen is the fact that it doesn't give me erection problems like ephedrine.
 
Well, I appreciate the FAQ... I went 20, 40, 60, 60, 80, 100, 100, 125, 150... I'm running 15 days. Split the doses except for the 20 day.

Didn't use taurine this time around, but will have to stock up for next one (I don't think specific taurine info was on the FAQ)...

I don't get quite the same degree of hardness while on clen versus au natural, but it is definitely better than eph; eph doesn't effect me to the point of erection problems though...

You definetely need Taurine my man, the more the better. Clen depletes Taurine levels like no other drug. I use 7g

I consume about 450g a day, so yea I would advise it.

Clenbuterol depletes Taurine levels in the liver which slows down T4 to T3 conversion, meaning clen will stop working fast without Taurine (since your thyroid gets suppressed) if you are not careful, you can experience Clen rebound (NOTHING like T3 rebound, btw)

Taurine depletion (among other things) can lead to massive painful cramps that some experince on clen.
 
Well shit, guess I better drop by the health food store (I usually order online).

I was off on my protein intake after I thought about it for a second, I'm closer to 400. Which, evidently, isn't enough to keep up with taurine depletion even at 450...

How do you split your taurine? Over how many doses?
