up 10lbs.. just not eating enough ?

I'm 2 wks into a deca sust dbol cycle and the gains ive had are moderate I think, I am up 10 lbs and have no bloat whatsoever with liquidex , my problem is my diet i am a fucking mess in this area . with the line of work Im in sometimes I just cant find time to eat ... shit there have been days where i only get a bowl of cereal down in the morn. and dont get a chance to eat until I get home at night :mad: I know this is not good .. anyone have any suggestions as to how I can keep my calories up even with a shitty schedule?? I think Im getting a fair amount of protein with the shakes but i know im spinning my wheels to be on AS and not get the proper calories .... any suggestions

for whatever its worth I think my bodyfat is down a bit and my body has really started to transform

i had the same problem bro,

my first cycle could of been better ecause i couldnt always eat

right now, i always carry a bag around with me with tuna/banana/water for emergencies, and it allows me to eat a solid mean every 2 hours where ever i want..

whenever i go to parties, i just bring some steaks, brown toast ginger root, h20 juice and ill always carry 100mg of dbol on me to keep me from going catabolic if im up late( ill just pop 15mgs and i think it works wonders, and no mater what i will never drink, just something i cant do........i just make sure i eat every 2-2.5 hours with at least 500cals a meal, preferably 6-700 though



BTW; my first cycle i drank tons of whey/milk shakes, didnt drink enough h20 and i dint eat enough "REAL" food

now on my second cycle of only:

wks 1-8 250mgs of sust( frontload at 750mgs first week)
eq weeks 1-8 125mgs week

most will tell me that isnt enough but im seeing better results right now then my first cycle, now i drink tons of h20 eat lots of fruit and veggies, lots of tuna/ chicken steaks, and no whey shakes, and i feel alot healthier this cycle and my skin also looks better, btw with most meals i take vit c/ multi vitamin(2 a day) and 500mgs of ginger root with each meal, and i feel great

hey man thanks for the reply Ill try the idea of just carrying a small bag with me maybe it will help

10 lbs in 2 weeks isn't bad. You are right, it could be better, but 10 is still fairly good gains, expecially if they are solid. Protein bars would be good to pack around if you need to keep your food intake up.
 
You also gotta remember the deca and sust won't "kick in" until around the 4th week. So you're actually doing pretty good since you said it's not water
 
bro --i know you know this but you will not gain crap eating like that--you are lucky you gained 10 lbs..you must get at least 7 meals down no matter what it takes...what i do at work is pack a lunch box and kinda hide it---i pack tons of peanut butter sandwiches (all natural peanut butter), cans of tuna and anything else i can fit in the box...trick on eating it is if your boss cares that you eat at your job then go to the crapper and jam those sandwiches down your throat quick and keep doing that throughout the day---you gotta eat more especially more protein..

haha, yes. it's all about shoving protein down your throat. i keep a shelf in the back of my work with a gallon of water, cans of tuna, grilled chicken, and protein bars/shakes. my boss doesn't care that i am a freak...he just cares that i take massive shit breaks.
 
10lbs in 2 weeks? lol
you should be very happy, those are definitely not just moderate gains for a 14 day period.
 
i agree was gonna post same comment....10lbs in 2weeks is BS. ive seen BS posts for the last yr on here with i grew 25lbs in 4wks LOL....get real....BTW 2nd wk of deca wouldnt cause you too bloat yet....Good Luck

sorry i havent replied back sooner
its actually more like 3 wks now that i think about it and i know the gains arent really from the sust/deca YET it is more the dbol that is producing the results so far anyways I know I need to get with it in the area of diet i just thought maybe some of you bitch slapping me about how lazy I am might motivate me
