I know this is not good .. anyone have any suggestions as to how I can keep my calories up even with a shitty schedule?? I think Im getting a fair amount of protein with the shakes but i know im spinning my wheels to be on AS and not get the proper calories .... any suggestions

i had the same problem bro,
my first cycle could of been better ecause i couldnt always eat
right now, i always carry a bag around with me with tuna/banana/water for emergencies, and it allows me to eat a solid mean every 2 hours where ever i want..
whenever i go to parties, i just bring some steaks, brown toast ginger root, h20 juice and ill always carry 100mg of dbol on me to keep me from going catabolic if im up late( ill just pop 15mgs and i think it works wonders, and no mater what i will never drink, just something i cant do........i just make sure i eat every 2-2.5 hours with at least 500cals a meal, preferably 6-700 though
BTW; my first cycle i drank tons of whey/milk shakes, didnt drink enough h20 and i dint eat enough "REAL" food
now on my second cycle of only:
wks 1-8 250mgs of sust( frontload at 750mgs first week)
eq weeks 1-8 125mgs week
most will tell me that isnt enough but im seeing better results right now then my first cycle, now i drink tons of h20 eat lots of fruit and veggies, lots of tuna/ chicken steaks, and no whey shakes, and i feel alot healthier this cycle and my skin also looks better, btw with most meals i take vit c/ multi vitamin(2 a day) and 500mgs of ginger root with each meal, and i feel great
