I looked in the mirror with open eyes one day,
And saw the effects of bad choices I've made,
I saw the extra cushion on my thighs and my hips,
And decided to take charge of my life,stiffen my upper lip,
And so my journey began,
At first in circles I ran,
So I set aside the myths and the hype,
And imbraced my body type,
I worked on my diet,
Ha,Ha Just think I can really eat,it's such a riot,
I began working out,Oh boy I'm lovin this,
The old me, oh no I do not miss,
With a baby in one hand and a bumb bell in another,
I am new, becomming a stronger better mother,
I now have the energy needed to play,
I'm much more fun now or so my kids say,
My body is stronger and my mind is clear,
My goal's are in sight,
Although my work will never be done,
So when you see me I'll catch your eye,
I'm a beautiful strong woman holding my head high!!!
