you/ve got your lawyer here. Always send the ancillary in your own name to your address. As there is nothing to worry about. You are allowed a 3 month supply. However, with respect to anabolics or controlled substances, one would be wise not to order from out of country; and definitely not sign for any package. The minute you sign for it gets you on possession. Remember, just because the package came to you does not mean that you are not being watched. The quantity that was ordered may be too small at this point to pursue prosecution. They may have let it through.
If i were defending a case where my client was charged with possession --- just because he received mail to his home in someone elses name -- with return to sender on it, good luck getting a conviction. However, if there was a search warrant and they found syringes, and other AS ancillary aswell as AS.... then good luck with the defense... could be tough. NEVER SIGN FOR A PACKAGE IF THERE ARE CONTROLLED ITEMS!!!
