Unleashed/Post Combo question on dosage

Do you guys do as the bottles suggest for dosage or spread them out throughout the day?
The Post says to take 1 serving, three capsules daily. The first few days I took them all at once but was curious if they should be spread out through the day.
I am also taking HCGenerate which says to take one serving (five capsules) daily. Would those be best spread throughout the day as well? Thanks

The best way to take HCGenerate is 3 caps in the am and 2 caps in the pm.
Hopefully someone else can chime in here about the best way to take the Post Cycle supplement.

And as far as the Unleashed, take 3 caps am and 3 caps pm for the first week. Then, only take 3 caps in the am.

Ok cool. The post and unleashed were pretty straight forward but I was assuming the hcgen would be best split up throughout the day. Thanks!

Could you tell us a little more. I am assuming this is coming at the end of a cycle? Also, some basic stats including age and goals would help.

Yes this was a recommended Pct after a epi strong/katana cycle.I am 31 6ft 4 210 with 13%bf

Spread the capsules evenly throughout the day to keep blood levels as stable as possible.
