UNIVERSITY student needs help

If you got a blender:

1 or 2 scoops of some kind of protein powder( note: you can pick up some decent protein cheap ex: gold card tuesday @local GNC)

2tblsps. of peanut butter

3 cups skim milk

1 bannana

I personally really like this one. Give it a shot and let me know!!

thanks guys, think im gonna just chuk evrything in a blender and see how things go..... I've never tried Tuna but it smells awful, maybe if i blend it all up well small i wont be able to taste it
 
tuna with mustard and pickle relish and some pepper oh yeah that hits the spot. the tuna can always seems to be my bowl so sometimes it gets a little messy
 
8 oz of flavored yogurt
1 cup of milk
1 bannana

Mix in blender
Good and right percentages of protein etc.

To be exact:
488 calories
Carbs 80 grams
Protein 24 grams
Fat 8 grams

close to 60-25-15 ratio
if you want more protein add some wt gainer or protien powder.
