University of Phoenix!!

I need and MBA fast as I have a job overseas waiting for me and I took a look at Unversity of Phoenix who offers weekend classes and on line classes.

I have a BS but a badly need an MBA, thus my choice with University of Phoenix.

Is it a good school?

You got a job ... before you got the degree ...

So, how is this necessary then?

What I meant is that I got a job overseas only if I have an MBA......

AS of now with a BS I cant take that job and I was wondering if the MBA for University of Phoenix is any good.

I know this is going to be annoying, but why don't you find a job that doesn't require an MBA? Do you need a postgraduate degree to get a visa? Why does the employer require an MBA?

Either way, I would look for a school that I was actually interested in. It could be a big waste.

I'm sure if the job is overseas they won't care what American school you got your shit from.

I'm not sure how effective that type of education is in terms of actually learning business, but maybe you should contact the school and find out their program and accreditation.

The University of Phoenix has a good reputation for putting out MBAs. I've worked with a few of their grads, and most of them were sharp people. Like any other sheet of paper, it's only good for what you know right then. What you do in the future detemines how good you are. A little bit like "What have you done for me lately"

For good entry positions everywhere, it matters where you got your degree. At least in the US people have heard of U of Phoenix. In Tokyo or the UK or wherever, they will probably either look at the ranking (is U of PH even ranked?) or recognize the name of the school.

education is always good bro :)
