Uneven Nips!?

Anyone know if there's anything that can be done when god put your nipples in pretty significantly different places on each pec?

I asked a plastic surgeon about it, and this particular doctor told me that the associated scarring and all that would make the procedure not worth it. I'm asking this question here because this is a community where people might have run into the same problem and sought help with it. And perhaps, they received different opinions from other docs, and perhaps even pursued those options with results to boot. So, do you have anything meaningful along these lines to add to the discussion?

has anyone ever had a plastic surgeon say this was a doable procedure? that's basically what i wanted info on, and still do.
