Does anyone know if copies of Duchaine's manual are still around? This seems to be one of the definitive pieces of work on the subject. I would just like to get a glance at it.

I don't know if you can still buy it. I might have a copy somewhere, I'll look around. Some of dan duchaine's books, like bodyopus, are still available on amazon. IMO, check out anthony robert's book, it's top notch stuff.
Yes that's a good one. Rick Collins has a good profile section in Legal Muscle. Rick wrote a very professional book. I bought the ebook Building the Perfect Beast and I have to say it is disorganized and in disarray. The info might be okay but the organization and writing is pretty bad. Why does EF charge so much for e-books, that have no publishing and printing costs? Then it turns out the "books" are thrown together, rushed to "print" just to make a buck. Rick Collins' book is the best book out there if you are looking for a scholarly and informative and entertaining book.
Jeez - I saw these young guys passing the Undeground Handbook around in the nosebleed section of the Arnold Classic in 2002 -- they were hudded over it like it was a piece of raw diamond or something.
I wouldn't say so. He has some good pics in there - but not much different from anabolics 05 IMO, but in terms of overall info I would suggest ARs book by far.
