at 14 i curled 135 for 2 reps....not bad at that age.....and everything else was normal at that age....like bench dont even want to go there...lol.....my deadlift and was good at 15 got up 315 1 time and still remeber i fell after i did it.......and i have always had good shoulder/traps /bis/tris/forarms are very good...see when i was 140 and my bro was 160 musle my bis looked a little better then his but he had more size cuz he had more weight....see my bis were always good...gentics.....and know iam 223 around 7%bf is guess....have not checked i check at the gym they got the stuff to check your bf% there.....bench us at 445 and my incline is the same...deadlift at 535 i can get it up but my back is not all the way up so if you dont want to call that my max then 525 is...and i can curl 235 for 3 reps...those are the real facts...got to love my "ultracycles":)
