Ultimate bulking diet-

When I compete, someone else does my diet and it's so much easier to follow, so can you help me construct the ultimate bulking diet-I want to eat 350 g of protein or more

Thats DJ, I weigh 298 this morning, I really don't care about my bodyfat right now either (I will NEVER let myself be a slob though)
 
So you're trying to get something like 5500-6500 calories w/ 350 g of protein? I don't weigh nearly as much as you, so I'm just going by some math. How many times a day do you eat? If it's like eight, then leaves you w/ 700 carbs and 100g fat/day=6000 cal's= 45g/protein 90g/carbs and 13g fat per meal.

Meals that fit this criteria:

peanut butter sandwich+ 1cup cottage cheese +bowl oatmeal P-48 C-92 F-18


2 meso Tech bars(I know the consensus on Muscle-tech... but their peanut butter bars are so fucking good.)
P-50 C-88 F-14

Post workout-unless you buy dextrose and protein and stuff sep., Prolab has N-Large2... P-52 C-90 F-5(I think it's 5g/fat)

And 8 oz red meat+carbs=P-50 carbs50-80 F-10-20

yet another johnboy post, if its not IP your bashing, your homosexual tendencies take control over you.

as far as diet goes:

keep carbs at 2-3g per lb of bodyweight, depending on your activity level on that particular day

protein 2g per lb of bodyweight

fats try to minimize, but feel free to add to make up your total caloric intake if taking in clean food becomes imposible

target calories to 20cals+ per lb of bodyweight

GOOD RULE: fill up on clean food first, make up needed calories with crap if cant stuff in anymore clean food

Bodyweight x twenty = total calories

And screw with the ratios the way you see fit.

I think if you are eating sufficient calories and carbs you don't need MASSIVE AMOUNTS of protein.

1-1.5 is plenty.
