When using T-rex and levorex TOGETHER , can I still use 4 caps for t-rex and 9-12 caps for levorex ED ?

Or should I cut it back a bit ? Because I noticed that they both have Alcar and Altyr ....

Also , about YES , how much pippetes comes with the bottle ? I mean full squeeze .

No, it's fine to take both at that strength. I do, and then I add 1gr of ALCAR on top. But I am older so I need that.
Each pump is 1cc and there are about 90cc's per bottle. At least that was my last understanding. Macro makes it so he'll know better than I.

I mean if I use 10 pumps per day ( 2 in each chest , 2 for lower abs and 2 in each love handle , it is a total of 10 pumps ) , the WHOLE bottle will last me ONLY 9 days ?!?!?

Damn ... I need 3 bottles for one month suply

Like I said Victor, I am not sure at all. You have to wait for Macro to tell you what the number of pumps is.
10 pumps a day is a lot. I use 2 for abs, 2 per side for LH's. I do chest when I am not doing the other areas.

pump is 1cc.
that is one full pump most people 1/2 or 3/4 pump- just because as a general practice most people when using pump products dont actually depress the pump to the "full pump stroke" point.

1/2 per each pec and 1 per lower abs and .75 to 1 per each love handle should be more than sufficient.

BTW - Macro and ulter , I will be working out 2 times ED .

10 am - weight training

6 pm - aerobics

Do you guys suggest I use it before both ? Or just before aerobics ? Maybe divide , like instead of 2 pumps per bodypart before aerobics , do 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon , both before hitting the gym

what is the best thing to do ?
