Any info he would give I would take as gospel. He has not been there but is doing it... Take a look below.

the way i see it,no bull,no holding bk,i aint perfect but if it helps a few ov you then i cnt be any happier

excuse the grammer,but i aint here to be prim and proper,jst want to throw some things about
many of you are correct
so i am sorry to those who already knew the answer but with many emails per day
asking the same question,you can kinda imagine i get fed-up a little bit as i see
they do not listen as they ask the same thing 3 mnths down the line
there is no secret but if i can enlighten you as to how/or what i takes to become
bigger than your average weight lifter then im happy and i guess a handfull ov you
are also
many guys here will not want to become massive,huge or much bigger than they
are,many only want that extra egde between cycles where they gain 5-10lbs and
look good for the 12-14 on cycle
but some of you want to know what it takes and how its done to go beyond
for those wanting more and much more then here goes
lets start with the sacrifices one may have to make when striving for this goal
1.limited social life/less than 2 x per mnth if any at all
2.loss of loved one or never finding a person who will understand or you can relate
too
3.losing yourself in the bodybuilding world,distance from non bodybuilding relating
friends,family etc
4.forever struggling with funds to aid your goals.food being most important,it costs
money and so does supplements and steroids
5.going beyond normal training,heavy is the only way for shear mass gain,this
involves injuries
6.in a perfect world we would not work and be able to bodybuild fulltime,but it isnt
perfect and anyone wanting to take things much much further has to be willing to
maybe change jobs or work less hours
yes i know some guys run full time jobs,but they are the freaks amongst us
now lets get onto the most important and most anabolic part
FOOD
yes alot of you guessed it and u were right
good food and lots ov it
im talking atleast 5k cals per day to gain huge amounts of mass,yes combined with
steroid use to which i will get into soon
i dnt care how heavy or how tall you are,u need to be consuming around 3-5k
calories per day coming from clean protein,carbs and fat's.some naughty fats are
allowed and welcomed here
the bigger guys really need the maximum amounts here 5k+,but if you can manage
the higher amounts and your lighter then please do it
i strive for between 5-6k cals per day,eating clean foods first in each meal and
then eating anything that tastes good and has high calories
we want pure mass here and lots of it so holding back on fats and sugary carbs
wnt fit the bill here,yes you can gain good on a clean diet but nt as good as a dirty
bulker imo
we all know the type of foods to eat and whats clean,processed or crap so theres
no need to go into
now im no diet expert,i only do what ive been taught and are still taught,big thanks
to james here at mt,but protein ranges from 250-450g per day is needed and again
the bigger guys need the max amount,and carbs need to be around 300-500g per
day,yes you may get fat,but if u want to get big then it dnt matter,eat more if u
cn,ram it in ya
fats ranging around 80-100g will suffice but as said more is better and if they are in
the form ov EFA/omega 3's etc then all the better
a typical days eating for me at 278lbs is
1 60g protein,100g carbs + 10g EFA
2 60g protein,100g carbs
3 60g protein 50g carbs + 10g EFA
4 60g protein 100g carbs PWO
5 60g protein 100g carbs
6 40g protein 50g carbs + 10g EFA
7 60g protein 50g carbs
all foods include veg and some fats,if i wake i have a further 60g protein in form ov
whey
my diet isnt made of shakes or powder,it has 1.5 powder meals only,half powder
and half solid protein in morning
this is just an example,but remember this is for my weight and ive trained my gut to
perform miracles,i.e eat alot more,smaller guys need to be eating 30% less but if u
cn keep up with this diet then please do so,
if you cant commit to this amount ov food then stop reading now
im lucky myself as i have enlisted james as my dietician so he takes care ov my
nutrional needs and breaks it down into nice and simple fields for me,i couldnt
work as hard as i do without the help,its better to have it worked out for u than
stress over it day and nite,ive tried it dnt work
i think ive covered the diet side ov things,so if u cnt eat big then turn away
now,because u either are lazy or jst plain ignorant,if u have to force it then so be
it,i promise it gets better,i was once 13st not only 4 years ago,forcing myself to
eat,being sick
like i say some ov u may nt want to take it to the extreme but those who do,please

getin big isnt about steroids,its about the above subject,once again DIET
but when using steroids one can excell,train harder,recover quicker,grow quicker
and get massive,much more so than when using diet alone,so many ppl think
steroids is the way and the only way
the best type ov gear to take,well i cnt answer that as many ppl benefit from
diferent steroids best,suffer bigger side effects and so on,but i good base of test is
a must,if wanting to push past the barrier,we can chat about safe drugs such as
primo,var,turinabol but do we get massive gains from them,no we dont,safe gains
yes,so ppl wanting to gain a small amount then once again look away
how much should u take
the average test dose is around 500-750mg per wk,now im on far more than that ill
assure u now and so is many others on here who like to fib and tell tales,and so is
all the pro's out there wo take 1 deca and 1 sus per wk
were talking gram upon gram and this isnt specualation as i have spoke to said
pro's,obviously i can name as they are still on the scene,but i doubt i have to
ill throw a few bodyweights and doses around here for u to see
under 200-220lbs 500mg per wk
220-240lbs 1000mg per wk
240-260lbs 1500mg per wk
260-280lbs 2000-3000mg per wk and so on
now u will get ur freaks who take very little gear but these are very hard to find
once we hit the bigger ranges much more gear is needed,not only for maintaining
but for gaining
these totals are a combined steroid dose per wk,so could be test and deca or test
and tren
running cycles like these will make u grow thats for sure,but what happens when u
stop growin,do u add more gear,no u dnt u add more food,around 500 cals
u then grow some more,and then when u hit another bump u can add more gear
now higher doses can seriously hamper your appetite in many guys,me included so
its bk to force feeding yourself
you also have to think about the side effects from such high doses,are u sure u
want this side effects,do you want to push yourself,where do you want to take
urself on bodybuilding,if its a hobby then look away once again sorry
if anyone wants to step up and tell me i could have goten to 278lbs in 4 years with
less gear than 3.5g per wk then please do so,cause ive been using way to much if
u can
yes i worry about side effects and esp long term but i do get checkup's and all is
well
so suggest u use a checkup service if your gner use high doses
as they say the magic is beyond 2g,they are correct also if ur stuck in a rut and
sitting around 250lbs+
we can also talk about insulin and igf,these are great meds to combine for overall
mass and should always be considered,but once again do funds permit,is it worth
it,u have to sit bk and think about it,yes or no,if its no then forget getin beyond
massive,cause u aint got the head for it,and i dnt blame u cause its ****ing hard ill
tell u
then theres training
this is only one hour ov the day so whats all the fuss really,as above diet is key and
is around a 16hr job per day,but yes training is a big part although a small one
your training should be monstrous,nt chilling out having a workout with ur mates,i
go home each nite,hanging out my hoop,aches and pains,in tears somtimes,i have
no life,i cant have a life with these pains
im a constant limp or ache person,because i train 110% each time,going heavier
than previous or more reps or better form,u must strive for somthing better each
time be it,weight,reps or form
imo the best form ov mass builder training is hard and heavy,warming up sensbily with plenty reps and strict form,squeezing each muslce as u go,be at one with that muscle,make it work,once ur warm and pre-exausted then its time for heavy basics
non ov this isolated tricep extension or cable cross overs,get in there heavy with compounds,then u cn make it burn with iso exercises after,rip it to bits,rest is also important when training this hard and heavy,atleast 5 days between each muscle part is needed and more if ur a bigger guy and cn honestly says ive training 110%,find a training partnet with the same goals and push eachother,im sick ov been the pusher and not the push eeee,u need to bounce off eachother,giving no mercy,make him work and him do the same to you or get rid simple as
