UGL vs Pharmacuitical

Is there really a huge difference between a well known UGL and pharmaceutical stuff?

I have access to both ( DON'T ASK FOR SOURCE, DON'T PM ) but UGL is domestic while pharma, I have to deal with customs

so which one should I go for ?
