6:00 P.M. MST Spike TV! They are showing it for free because they said it was unfairly cut short by the referee the last time and that the fans deserved to see a good fight. Back then he said he would make it up to the fans.

Oh you mean all the hype crap we have to watch before the fight. Yeah probably going that way.

Whats worse is watching a horserace like "The Kentucky Derby" They have like 2-3 hours of commentary and the race lasts like 2 minutes!

Shamrock is a legend and I have always been a fan of his.
I have never liked Ortiz - ever since he started. Cant wait to see Chuck beat Tito's ass.

December will be a good fight. I don't think Tito will try to stand up to Liddell this time. Who wants to eat his punches?
 
Yup! Sorry I feel for shamrock but obviously the time came to give it up. He will always be respected no doubt but just like any other sport your time to step aside comes and it is time for you to move aside for the next younger and at that time better champion to take the plate. Being competative it is very hard to let it go I am sure

If Tito can take Lidell down, then Tito will whoop him. Lidell has good defense against the take down though. Will be interesting to see what happens.

And to answer your Q about newbs, and why they would want to be a member if they weren't here to learn, allow me to use the same analogy I used the other day. If you joined a Master Of Physics Msg Board, and your first few post were like "What does A squared + B squared = C squared mean? and what is it used for?" I doubt anyone there would take you seriously. Joining EF without knowing the basics of training, diet, and AAS, and starting threads like: "Hi, I'm Peter Pencilneck. I'm 6 ft tall and 115 lbs in my tightey whiteys. I workout 2-3x a week, but only when I'm not binging on crack and eating Toxic Bell. I've worked out on my Soloflex at home as well as doing Tae Bo. Since I think I'm ready to win the Mr Olympia now: "What steeeeroid pillz can I take to get my arms big, but not too big? Needles scare me so I was thinking of running dbol only-3 - 4 wks and adding pop tarts to my diet soon"

Actually it was a heart weakness lol! ANYWAY WTF was that fight all about? Looked like Ken Knew what he was going to do beforehand and that he threw the whole thing. Not that I thought he would win anyway but holy cow that was lightening fast!
