Blah. If you want to eat these candy bars why not just down a 30g no fat no carb whey isolate shake and eat a snickers or mars with it? You'd get more quality protein (no gelatin etc.) and the nutritional brakedown would be the same.
these bars are good for a snack, know one is saying eat 5 a day if you are already eating hi protien- mod carb- low fat why not reward yourself with a great bar. if you keep your sugars low these bars are not going to hurt you.

All the makers had to do was take a scoop of whey-add a snickers bar to it and charge 3X retail price for it and lie about the ingredients and make millions off it
Tried one of these last night, and I think I prefer the Detours. The U-Turn bars have a funny texture that the peanuts in the Detour bar must cover up, and are overall too nougat-y for my taste. It's just as well, for the dodgy label claims.
