U.S. Customs experts - I need you !

If I'm being sent a package with Dostinex or Bromocriptine from Europe can the customs confiscate it ? I know I'm entitled for a 3 months supply of medication for private use don't I ?

Also, what should I tell the sender to write on the package ? "Nolvadex" ? "Dostinex" or maybe "Video Tape" or something?

What do the customs do when they find a package that do not contain what it said it should in the customs green note? Do they mark the Sender in a black list or something?

i have ordered non-scheduled items (3 month supply) and it was green tagged with the gov't # for that law stamped on it, and it went right through. there is really nothing they can do about a 3 months supply of an FDA approved drug that is not scheduled. i'd have the sender write nolvadex 3 month supply and the # for the law our own gov't made (slipped my mind at this time). or you could just have it send w/ nothing on it and if they open it, they should not fuck with it. the place i use doesn't declare the actual substance, just stamps the ticket with the statute or law or whatever you call it on there.

it was on all my old boxes on the green ticket. i'll look on the site to see if its there. isn't there a legal section here? those guys should know that law by heart. just order from masters though, safest way to get legal 3 month supply's of nolva etc on the net. customs declaration, quick service, tons of items.

they just list "FDA ruling of 1988" on their site. no law or statute # like on my tickets. check around on the legal board, i am sure you will get an answer there.
