Tzan HST Routine Log

Whats up ya'll?? It's been a while. Unfortunately after I tore my hip flexor almost a year ago, I stopped lifting, ate like shit, and basically just let myself go. I don't know if I was simply just burned out from lifting/dieting/etc...for the past 10 years or what. Anyways, I've got the desire back. I've been lifting for a solid month now. I've decided to finally try the HST routine which has always intrigued me. I'm going to use 15/10/5 rep scheme in 2 week block intervals. I'll be lifting full body Mon/Wed/Fri. To help motivate my now pathetic ass I'm going to keep a journal on here. If anyone has any comments, idea, criticizms, etc..please post away.
 
Day 1-Figuring out my 15rep maxes.

After performing my exercises and figuring out what my 15 rep maxes will be, it's really starting to hit home how out of shape I've become.

Squats-160lbs(still don't 100% trust hip-flexor. will go extra light for a bit)
Incline BB-185lbs
BB Rows-150lbs
BB Shoulder Press-135lbs
Deads-225lbs
Pullups-own bodyweight
Seated Preacher BB Curls-65lbs
Dips-45lbs
Shrugs-225lbs
Seated Calf Raises-115lbs

These will be my exercises with abs and forearms mixed in accordingly. I will be running 5 days a week. Wed I will find out my 10 rep maxes and Fri I will find out my 5 rep maxes. After I complete this week and have all my info, Next Mon I will be ready to start.
