Whats up ya'll?? It's been a while. Unfortunately after I tore my hip flexor almost a year ago, I stopped lifting, ate like shit, and basically just let myself go. I don't know if I was simply just burned out from lifting/dieting/etc...for the past 10 years or what. Anyways, I've got the desire back. I've been lifting for a solid month now. I've decided to finally try the HST routine which has always intrigued me. I'm going to use 15/10/5 rep scheme in 2 week block intervals. I'll be lifting full body Mon/Wed/Fri. To help motivate my now pathetic ass I'm going to keep a journal on here. If anyone has any comments, idea, criticizms, etc..please post away.
