what's the difference between the ephedra over the counter and the one that was banned, and which one is more effective for fat loss.

forget ephedra. the key to losing fat is going to be diet and exercise PERIOD. until you square that away you will only spin your wheels using stimulants.

i would also pick up n2slin and GW/SR9009 from sarms1 which will optimize your results

It's the same thing. Ephedrine is extracted from the ephedra plant. Ephedrine is the active ingredient and ephedra is the plant it's extracted from.

You can still legally purchase ephedrine after the ban. It's sold as a nasal decongestant under the brand name bronkaid. It will be kept behind the counter at the pharmacy so you will need to ask for it but it doesn't require a prescription.

We can still buy it at supplement stores here in Canada but if you are in the US you will have to use the medicine called Bronkaid. Just ask for it at the pharmacy.

Ephedrine is great for appetite suppression but to really aid in fat loss you should add SR-9009, Cardarine, and some N2Slin for the ultimate fat loss stack.

ECA (ephedrine from ECA stack) is effective, but it has to be combined with dieting and a lot of cardio.

Used it together with cardarine for a few weeks, kept me on those treadmills for ages.
