Type of foods you eat while ur on ur cycle...

I space it out really well. Also I noticed that different brands of protiend effect me quite differently. Right now I'm using BioX Extreme Power Whey and its the best I've tried to date.

meat and potatoes are the best way to go, IMO

Please enter yourself into some formal scientific studies. As illuminated by current literature, even the most elite athletes simply have no need to utilize that volume of protein daily. I guess it's certainly an option to be used as fuel, but not a very good option.
 
You think 400grams of protien/day when using AAS is outrageous? I disagree.
 
i go from skim to whole milk.
keep plenty of trail mix on hand, good for the road.
add pasta in with meats.

i guess i keep protein about the same no matter. its the carbs that i change around. i dont mind getting a little soft/fat while bulking, it comes off easy when i lower the carbs.

I eat about four PB&J samwiches a day. REALLY.
