tyler's liv detox

anyone have any medical proof or reason why this should work?
I'm taking it with alpha lipoic acid during this cycle but my gastrointerologist saysit amy do more harm than god and milk thistle and vitamin E are the only things that may be worth anything

Tyler Liver Detox Factor is what a lot of doctors provide for their patients with liver problems. The ingredients have all been shown to aid in liver detoxicification and it works very well from the results of those who have emailed the AF Store about it. It kept my liver values within a normal range even on accutane and winny. I have been told the same thing about ALA as your Gas specialist told you. That the affects at the doses people are taking it may be more detrimental to your intestines than it is good for your liver. But I have not researched that. You should ask your Gas Doc about Tyler.

ALA bad for your intestines?

To tell you the truth, this question hasn't really come
up since most people take ALA w/ meals.

ALA after all IS an acid BUT its pretty weak. You'd have to have
had some prior intestinal problems for it to have ANY
effect.

To get rid of the problem just consume ALA w/ a glass
of baking soda, or some other alkali food substance.

I would NOT however remove ALA from your sup. list.
It is BY FAR the best liver protectant out there.

ALA

can you buy it over the counter?? Im not bothering with milk thistle this time, it cant hurt but it is useless none the less.

Im gonna use either ALA or nothing for my winny only cycle which im currently doing.

Ar the urging of Fonz to have this a part of a good liver protection routine we decided to add it at the A F Store in the heath supps section. I have been using it since he first recommended it but I haven't had a liver panel done since I started so I have no hard evidence it is working. But I'll take his word for it.

Woo-hoo!!!! Now there we go...... ALA+Tyler Liver detox=
KICK ASS SUPP....

Also, OTC products sold in stores like GNC or other
non-mail-order stores tend to be LOWER dosed, and
cost FAR more mg per mg.

The bonus you get from ALA goes far beyong liver protection
though(to lengthy to go into here), which other liver
protectants just don't offer.

Ulter and Fonz

I was intrigued with the decman thread...You know, and ended up buying the Tyler Detox and Ala and am glad that you both recommended these products.

Good to see the mutual respect. Keep up the good work!

I've been using Tyler liver detox, ALA and milk thistle while on Accutane 80mg/ED and liver values have completely dropped to normal and this is just after completing a cycle. They were high previously before starting the tyler and ALA. Milk thistle alone didn't work.

Milk Thistle OR Cranberry extract will do NOTHING
to ameliorate liver values during a 17-aa cycle.
They will "barely" stem the tide so to speak. Your liver
values WILL go up, JUST not as musch as if you
didn't use anything.
However, combine them w/other liver protectants
and you get a synergistic effect.
Tyler will stem the tide, while the ALA will STOP ANY
liver damage from happenning and also it will
repair any hepatocyte damage induced by high 17-aa
use.

If you have liver damage(High liver values) ALA is A MUST!!!

It will completely REVERSE your liver damage in a matter
of weeks.

Fonz, anyone? Explain in medical/physiological terms how it works. I hope it does and will continue to take it until I get liver tests done again.

decem, Why is it that we keep reading posts like lift or die's while you just keep saying it's shit? I have emails from a dozen or so people who rave about their results with it. As the number of doctors endorsing Tyler grows and as the people on this and other boards post how their liver values drop after starting Tyler, mine included, you just keep banging your drum. There are now over 200 people on this board using it. Not one has ever complained about the results and like I said many have taken the time to write about how great it is. Except you of course, but you have never used it.

Can't do it today because I can't copy/paste. But I can
however do it on Tuesday. I'll post some studies
from Medline that show Thioctic Acid's(ALA) effect
on hepatocyte's and several different liver
enzymes, such as the all-important P450 Enzyme.
