Tylenol (tamoxaphen) scary stuff!

A guy at work told me he was sick in the hospital and his doctor gave him 600mg of it or something, and he said something like, "and it totaled 2000mg", I kinda forget now. It screwed him up very bad. it totally messed him up, it messed his heart up, and he will eventually need a liver transplant. He had some sort of bowel, intestine problem. Is that even a high dose of tylenol? I dont use the stuff.

Is this stuff really that dangerous? It makes me rethink taking steroids.

If you take tylenol with alcohol it can fry your liver.
To a point where you need a new liver. Very toxic.
