Two weeks after pct

I've been on beasdrol 30mg a day for 30 days then followed by 20mg of nolvadex and novadex xt. before I started I was 10 stone At the end of my cycle I weighed 11stone 4lb, I'm only 5'5" and after struggling for 2 years to gain mass i was happy as he'll with the results. Now I've finished pct and weigh 10stone 11lb and back to being puny. As well as taking pct I've been eating like a monster and lifting heavy.
What did I do wrong? And can anyone give me any tips for next time?
I would do roids but I hate needles and I don't want acne but I do wan a get big.

I appreciate any advice you folks can give as this is driving me mad!
 
You have to give some to get some with a cycle you get acne but you get big (the acne goes away if you take care of it). There is primo that is less harsh with acne i believe (not positive). Expensive though and its injecting.
 
Probably not eating the right foods. Just eating a bunch of food does not work unless its good balanced stuff, What was your whole PCT did you have the correct dosage of 4 weeks of Nolva? Did you bridge a test booster and anti estrogen correctly after your cycle was done? Did you continue to lift and eat through out your whole cycle, even till today (lifting as if you were on a cycle)? What ever anybody tells you injecting is not a quick fix and a "must do to do it right youll be glad you did) =complete bulls**t^^^. Some orals are the hardest hitting AAS on the market, stuff like oral tren, a bombs, the list goes on. Also you will shead stuff like water, and even some fat when you get off, so just think about it. When you were on you ate all day, lifted hard, drank lots, and slept lots, when you get off you do the same but turn it down a couple notches, and you loose the bloat that you had, and prob slack a bit more on the diet. So yeah you are going to loose a little but with the right planning and use of the substance with the right cycle layout you should keep most (like90%+) of your gains. Is you didn't you prob missed a step that was listed and will learn next time.
 
Dude ignore what everyone is saying about roids, if you dont want to do roids and your commited to using supplements only maybe look at changing your diet and doing a cycle of SARMS S4 or Osta sarms.

Make sure protein is at around 200 grams a day. eat your 6 meals! plenty of carbs! protein shakes! etc

I don't know a he'll of a lot about the roid side of things but my diet is solid, ive done my studies on this over the years, take in 35 g of protein 80 g of good carbs and 10 g of good fats per meal. I re-do my nutrient ratios every time I go up in lean mass but for some reason my body does not like to keep it. No matter what I try.
I'll just keep battling on.
