Two really quick questions...

When I count carbs, milk has like 12g's per 8oz glass... but they're sugars... should I include them still? I'm guessing yes, just clarifying...

When, during my day, should I take my flax oil? I'm planning on 2 servings a day (1 serving per 75lbs of bodyweight, i'm 165 so...)
Should I do one for breakfast, one for post-workout? Pre-workout?

u should include those milk carbs, ESPECIALLY SINCE they are nothing BUT SUGAR! I'd avoid it like the plague, but that's just me.......I'm a perfectionist.

Flax u can split up over the course of the day, doesn't really even matter when. I'd have it in my protein shakes.

As ~SC~ pointed out, you HAVE to count the milk carbs.

As for the Flaxseed, I would take one in the morning and one before bed. I wouldn't recommend taking pre/post workout because that can slow digestion drastically, and that is not what you want, especially during the highly needed post-workout ANABOLISM.
