Two meals ???Too many carbs

My first meal of the day is:

1 cup of soymilk
1 cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of protein powder
1 banana

Then I repeat this again 3 hr later -

Should I be having the same thing or change it to something else? My first meal of the day is 4:30 am and the next around 8:30 - I think this may be too many carbs.

Train 5 days/week
one body part a day, heavy weights, low reps
Off days cardio
