Am I correct in assuming my gains are going to be a little bit harder to come by now?

I lost 25lbs natural (roughly). Week 2 end of Sust250 per 8 days, and 20mg dbol per day and I have nearly gained all of that back… It was really easy. I am up 20lbs and I feel hard as nails, but gains are slowing big-time…

My diet has been about 3000 to 3500 kcals per day although I really do try and eat more…….. I guess that’s about 200g protein…

I want another 15lbs – this should be possible right? I am leaning up like fuck though… last couple of days felt like the fat was just falling off (and I am lean anyway)– which kind of suggests I am not eating enough?

Maybe I should shoot for 4000kcal and 250g protein…
 
…..and can I also point out that my ‘roid rage’ has vanished now that I have the house move all sorted. Perhaps in retrospect it was not a good idea to coincide something as stressful as a house move with steroids……..

I now feel my usual groovy self…

defintly bump your callories bro,

if youre trying to bulk you should be consuming atleast 4000 callories a day... 3000-3500 is not a bulking cycle!!
Youre not even eating enought to mantain your bodyweight which is why you probally lost allot of weight when you came off the juice

I should have explained myself better. I lost 25lbs natural weight… mostly all muscle…

I have been on a cycle for 2 weeks. I have gained back close to 20lbs. It was easy, I guess because it was helped along by muscle memory. I was growing stupidly fast…

But I am getting leaner and just hard now – I have noticed this for two days… just getting increasingly hard and lean.

I take your advice on board about not eating enough though – I just find eating difficult…. But I shall make more effort… 4000 I shall aim for…
 
well if you're having trouble eating get a mrp something like triple threat or myloplex they carry close to 60 grams of protein per serving has all your vitamins and about 350 calories you shouldn't have no trouble killing 3-4 of these a day...peace! RADAR
 
How long have you been using the same routine, gary?

Maybe you need to switch up your routine. i usually do
4 sets of ten for most exercises, but I recently changed
to 3 sets of five to blast my muscles back into action.
 
i agree with ALL of the above, switching up your routine and consuming more calories will definitely show some changes.................:)
