turkey's protein?

how many grams of protein in say one pound of turkey lunch meat?
here's my guess but i dont know if it's correct
1.1lbs = 500g
so if turkey is all protein 1.1lbs would be 500g. i need to know cuz i eat it but never know how much im getting

on fitday which is waht i used it says 1 slice deli turkey is around 5 grams per slice, so 6 slices will get you around 30 grams if thats what your shooting for.

It depends on the variety of the deli turkey. Personally I wouldn't eat anything except Boars Head from a deli.
