Get a good whey powder and mix it with water- zero fat, 2g carbs, 40g protein. Drink about 8-10 a day, plus five meals and you're straight. I'm trying to gain, so I use Prolab's N-Large with skim milk, mmmm delicious. I usually get about 550 grams of protein from this mix, plus a shitload of carbs. In addition to that I eat 3 pounds of meat, any meat. Eggs are good to, just lots of fat. If you decide to eat like me, take in plenty of extra fiber too. To hell with dieting and being ripped, just become a big, bloated son of a bitch like me.
